This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for December 31, 2008:
Providing hospice care for my mom. It has allowed me to better understand the relationship between life and death.

hi molly,
I went thru this 3 yrs ago and I can understand how it is to some extent. Even though I am not a writer,I came up with an ode to her to express how I could still feel her essence.We dont really understand that border between life and death until weexperience something like this personally.
We know that death is a fact but its relationship to life is a mystery until you are facing it as a third person in the room.
